TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS) – @CopiTheCat
By commissioning CopiTheCat, the client confirms that they have read,
understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. General Information & Contact
1. Services Offered: Digital Furry Art of all types: Icons, Headshots, Halfbodies, Fullbodies, Reference Sheets (Refs), Emotes, various YCHs, and more.2. Main Contact: Direct Message (DM) via Twitter (@CopiTheCat) or Instagram (@copithecatw).3. Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Spain/Barcelona time zone). I do not work on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. I reply to messages when available during my working days.
2. Commission Process & Payment
2.1 Request and Acceptance
1. The client must send a DM with a clear character reference image followed by the type of commission requested.2. If I reply to your message, the commission is considered accepted.3. Upon acceptance, specific details will be discussed (expression, pose, background, etc.).4. Complex character designs or markings will incur an extra charge of 10 EUR.5. All prices are listed on my Carrd, and by commissioning me, the client agrees to these prices.
2.2 Payment and taxes (VAT)
1. 100% of the final price must be paid upfront before any work begins.2. Payment methods: PayPal (preferred) and Ko-fi.3. Prices are in Euros (€). The client covers conversion fees to ensure I receive the exact amount in EUR.4. EU TAX (VAT): If the client is located within the European Union, a 21% VAT will be added to the final price as required by law. The client must inform me if they are from the EU as soon as I accept the commission so I can calculate the final total correctly.
3. Workflow and Revisions
The artist works on 4 commissions per day.A WIP (Work In Progress) of the sketch will be sent for review.Important: My work schedule will not be delayed by a client's slow response. Once the sketch WIP is sent, I will continue working even if a response has not been received to stay on schedule.No changes will be made if details (outfits, expressions, etc.) were not specified before the payment.
4. Copyright and Usage Rights
4.1 Client's Rights
The artist retains intellectual copyright. The artwork is for Personal Use only. The client owns the property of the piece for personal enjoyment.4.2 Commercial Use
For any commercial use (selling, merch, etc.), the client must contact the artist first. A commercial fee may apply. Using art commercially without permission results in a permanent blacklist.4.3 Publication
I post all commissions for portfolio purposes. If you want it to be private, you must tell me before payment.
5. Cancellations and Refund Policy
Before the sketch is started: 100% Refund.During the sketching phase: 50% Refund.After the sketching phase: 0% Refund. No exceptions.
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
6.1 "I Will Not Draw"
No NSFW, no hate speech/discrimination (Homophobia, Queerphobia, etc.), no Nazi/Fascist imagery, no pedophilia, and no adult/minor pairings.6.2 Client Conduct
This is a professional vendor-client relationship. Critiques must be respectful. I will not tolerate mocking, condescending, or derogatory comments.
